Yoga classes are run by Tess Foster (Wednesday and Friday) and Julia Clayton (Thursday).
​
Julia's class is on Thursday evening, 7.30pm to 9pm, in the main hall. The class is small, friendly and very relaxed. It is open to all ages and abilities as all stretches can be adapted to suit. Everyone is welcome. For further information about Julia's class, phone her on 07455 057 085.​
