Room hire

From January to June 2026 our rooms are unavailable because we are closed for building work. If you are interested in hiring our rooms once we reopen, please get in touch by emailing lymmchurchrooms@gmail.com.

 

We welcome enquiries both for regular group meetings and one-off events.

Main hall

The main hall on the ground floor can be used for:

  • dance

  • drama

  • music

  • health and fitness sessions

  • exhibitions

  • large social events

It has theatre lighting and a flexible public address system. It is next to a fully-equipped kitchen and side room which can be used for serving refreshments. 

Maximum seating capacities are:

  • 100 conference-style

  • 80 theatre-style

  • 60 cabaret-style

There are disabled toilet facilities adjacent. The hall is fully wheelchair-accessible.

The upper hall can be used for:

  • meetings

  • health and fitness sessions

 

The hall is on the first floor. Access is via a staircase which is equipped with a stairlift.


The hall has a maximum seating capacity of 70.

 

A refreshment bar is located on the nearby landing for the preparation of drinks.

Performance space

​With its raised performance area, excellent acoustics and seating for 100, the church is an ideal performance venue for concerts, drama and talks, and a great rehearsal space for choirs and music groups.

 

The space is equipped with a professional quality, versatile sound system and  96-inch TV display screen for presentations. 

​

Access to the church is via a flight of steps. A stairlift is available for those with mobility issues.
